Living Materials Ordering Information

• Live Materials can not be shipped out of the 48 contiguous states!
• Shipping charges for living materials is a separate charge that will be added to your total. These items will ship UPS directly from the culture lab.
• Live Materials will ship Monday - Wednesday and require air shipping. Next Day Air shipping charge is $35.00 and 2nd Day Air shipping charge is $15.00.
• A special handling charge of $5.00 will be added for shipments of live materials totaling less than $30.00.
• In winter months, a heat pad ($2.00) is inserted to keep live materials from freezing.
• Some live materials will require between 2-7 days for culture before they can ship. Fungi generally takes 5-7 days to culture.
• If the product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hrs. for replacement.
