Section 3 Hazard Identification (Also see section 11)
Heat, shock, friction, or contact with other materials may cause fire or explosion. Harmful if swallowed. Avoid breathing vapor or dust. Use adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothes. Wash thoroughly after handling. Keep closed.
Section 4 First Aid Measures
Heat, shock, friction, or contact with other materials may cause fire or explosion. Harmful if swallowed. Avoid breathing vapor or dust. Use adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothes. Wash thoroughly after handling. Keep closed.

FIRST AID: CALL A PHYSICIAN. SKIN: In case of contact, immediately flush skin with water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Thoroughly clean clothing and shoes before reuse.

EYES: Wash eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, lifting lids occasionally. Seek Medical Aid. INHALATION: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen

INGESTION: If swallowed, induce vomiting immediately after giving two glasses of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconcious person.
Section 5 Fire Fighting Measures
Fire Extinguisher Type:flooding amounts of water inearly stages of fire. Heavy water jet is advantageuos.
Fire/Explosion Hazards:decoposes @320°c. oxidizer can supply O*2 to accel other flammable material.
Fire Fighting Procedure:Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing to prevent contact with skin and clothing.
Section 6 Accidental Release Measures
sweep up into fiber/metal container. Close tightly and label oxidizer. Keep away from heat.
Section 7 Handling and Storage
Store in a cool dry well ventilated area. Keep away from heat and flame. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing.
Section 8 Exposure Controls & Personal Protection
Respiratory Protection:NIOSH/MSHA-approved respirator
Ventilation: Mechanical: Hand Protection:Wear appropriate gloves to prevent skin exposure
Local Exhaust: Eye Protection:Splash Goggles
Other Protective Equipment: Wear appropriate clothing to prevent skin exposure. Impervious apron.

Section 11 Additional Information
DANGER!! This material will decompose at 320°c and become an oxidizer releasing O*2 to other flammable material. Effects of over exposure: irratition to skin, eyes and readily asorbed by respiratory tract. Acute: nausea, hemoglobinconversion resulting in blue skin. Chronic:ingesting small amounts can cause blood pressure failure, collaspe, coma and possible DEATH. Target organs: respiratory tract , central nervous system, and circulatory system. Conditions aggravated/target organs. Persons with pre-existing eye, skin or respiratory conditions may be more susceptible
